Refund and Return Policy for Crush Pesto

Thank you for purchasing our products, including Crush Pesto! We are committed to providing you with the highest quality food items. Please review our refund and return policy below:

  1. Return Policy
    We do not accept returns on Crush Pesto or any of our other products unless they are received damaged or faulty. If you receive a jar of Crush Pesto or any other product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. How to Report Damaged or Faulty Items
    If your product has arrived damaged or is otherwise faulty, please follow these steps:

    • Take clear photographs of the damaged or defective product and packaging.
    • Contact our customer service team at ed@noruleskitchen.com, providing the order number, a description of the issue, and the photos of the damaged or faulty item.
    • Our team will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
  3. Refunds
    If a refund is approved for a damaged or faulty product, it will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

  4. Non-Refundable
    Products that are not damaged or defective are non-refundable. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before purchase to ensure the correct item has been selected.

  5. Shipping Costs
    If the return is due to a faulty or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping fees are non-refundable.
